Step 1: Book your free 20-minute phone consultation
We always start with a free 20-minute phone consultation. This is where we can chat about your project and the interior design services that best suit your needs.
Step 2: Schedule your paid in-home consultation
After our phone chat, we’ll send you a link to book an in-home consultation. The cost of this 2hr consultation is $330 + GST. We can also arrange for additional consultants such as architects, building designers or builders to attend this consultation for an additional cost.
As well as getting to know each other, in this consult we’ll discuss:
➔ your vision and aspirations for the future
➔ what is and isn’t working in your current space and ideas for improvements
➔ your style and colour preferences
➔ some big-picture planning ideas
➔ the scope of work
➔ discuss your budget
➔ your project timeline
➔ your desired outcome and how we can help you achieve this.
Please note additional travel charges may apply for areas outside Brisbane.
Step 3: Receive your fee proposal
We’ll send you a fee proposal listing our fees and services. This will also include a ‘Scope of Works’ with itemised budget figures which will assist you in planning out your project and overall budget.
Step 4: Accept to begin your design journey
Review and sign our ‘Terms of Agreement’ within the specified time period. You can email this to us, or send us a hard copy. Then we can get started bringing your vision to life!

How much does your bespoke interior design service cost?
The cost of our Residential Interior Design service varies depending on your needs. Your initial 2hr in-home consultation costs are $330 + GST.
Our fee proposals consist of fixed fees for design stages and hourly rates for implementation stages. When we supply furniture and furnishings, we charge a procurement fee which covers sourcing, supply and defect and delivery management.
I’m not sure what I want. Is this service for me?
Yes! We’re experts at asking all the right questions to draw out your ideas, understand your functional needs and develop your very own ‘design story’.
We include mood boards, 3D visualisations and detailed drawings as part of our service to you, so you feel confident and empowered in your decision-making at every stage.
I only need one room of my home renovated. Can I still use this service?
We typically offer full service interior design to our clients to cover the whole home including exterior finishes concepts if required. If you you have other needs feel free to contact us and we are happy to chat further or even give you some recommendations.
